If you know your connection isn't the greatest (for whatever reason), then online gaming shouldn't be played by you (or anyone with sub-par internet) as that negatively impacts all other players in that same lobby. Thus, in destiny, a crappy connection can be a negative experience for up to 11 other players per game played.

Until now and still continue to nave 13 Mbps on down and 1 Mbps on up and is very Hood fo gaming bit forma some ununderstanding reason that I'm lagging, eventi if in-game i am always green. I cant understand what The problem is!

With that abysmal upload speed, you could be connected directly to the other players in the lobby and still be red bar and/or cause lag.
