In Destiny there are Account Restrictions, Bans and console bans. These are all separate entities. Account Restrictions are temporary, while Bans are permanent. [b]Bungie does not dispute or overturn either of them.[/b]

Mentors are just players like you and do not take orders from Bungie. Mentors and a lot of players give up their time to go on this forum and help others being a mentor is just a tag under your name and a in game emblem for Bungie to say thank you to them. The problem is that your type of post ("why was I banned I did nothing") is asked over and over again and then the next line when someone replies is "I want a Bungie answer". Providing a link to a Bungie reply or pre-made help page is the quickest way to sort both out so the helper can move on to someone who has a real problem.

Basically they do take orders. Every time they give those bungee pre made responses they are doing exactly what bungie tells them

Actually the response in not a "Bungie pre made response". It is actually worded how ever a Mentor/player wants it to read and they are providing the same helpful links that everyone can read, copy and paste if they desired.

I don't want to ne unrestricted, bit at least ti ne fair on this! Yestrday i found against me three players, one of them was called yousif, that were yellow and red on my screen and my companion screen, so i am trying torneo ne The banner od thiswar a ha in st lago and cheating ti end. If i Was lagging, it is far That i ma restricted bit do The same with people That are Like me or worst, because it is unfair That I'm restricted andò Them not.
