Master Chief's Height and Weight Unarmored?
I'm guessing 6'10 / 235 (About Carter's size.)

Actually his armor weighs a half a SQUARE ton. One square ton is 1,000 pounds, thus, his armor weighs around 500, that's still alot though. I'm personally sticking with 6'10 / and about 245, cause there is no way he is big enough to be 280, he's tall and lanky, as you can see on the cover of Halo 3, much MUCH smaller than Jorge, and even a little slimmer than Carter if not by much.

Anyway, after enough time in their Armor, a Spartan can control the way their bodies move with the enhancements. After they first get them, however... Completely different story.

i believe in the fall of reach it said he weighed about 280 w/out armor

Can't remember exactly but its something like 7foot tall and 3-400 pounds.
