cyan stars, burnt marshmallow shader
I don't know how to get these shaders on RoI.
They're said to drop on "vanguard strike" but I played strike 36 level and SIVA crisis, not heroic so many many time.
Does they still drop there really? If anyone recently dropped them, tell me where plz.
