Introduce some in-match anti lag measures

I'm probably going out on a limb here, but I believe that the matchmaking system is fine. At least for me, I see people all the bloody time that are green while in orbit, but immediately go redder than satan's unholy anus as soon as the game begins. To fix this I propose that bungie implement an automated system that monitors the connection status of each participant that would act similar to the AFK monitor. As soon as the connection bar drops below a certain level (I posit that mid-yellows should be acceptable), or whenever a connection fluctuates wildly, a 30 second timer is activated. If the connection stabilizes or improves, the timer would "pause" as it were; resuming as soon as the lag returns. Should any single player accumulate more than 30 seconds of lag during a match, they would be kicked to orbit with the message: "your connection is currently too unstable for destinys pvp." With maybe a link to relevant connection topics. Thoughts? Ideas? #MakeDestinyGreatAgain
