It's a ongoing pain how poorly the Twitch Linking has been implemented.
It seems up to RNG wether the systems recognises an active stream on Twitch. Even unlinking and linking again doesn't always seem to help. (Checking on Twitch it always says the accounts are linked!)
Additionally there is NO information if you'll loose the hours if you unlink and re-link, even with the same twitch account.
Want to check if any of your hours streamed count? No way, as there is no function to check on bungie.net. Sure, you can sum up your hours on twitch, but nobody knows how many of them have been registered for the 77 hours emblem count.

The way I did it, I had a window opened on the side set to my stream page on bungie (The one that's showing you the error code) with auto refresh on set to every five minutes, and I would just stream while paying attention to the stream, For every refresh that showed an error code I subtracted five minutes from my total stream time at the end. That's how I was able to keep track of my time. I can tell you is Bungie.net gets the signal through way before your error message goes away, according to my tracking I had 17 hours left to go when I got my emblem. Which, by the way, doesn't show up in your inventory or postmaster automatically you have to go to your Profile>Codes page to activate it by selecting your platform.

Yeah. Same issue here. I was set up lastnight. I could view stream from bungie.net. Now it gives errors when I try to check my stream through bungie.net
