Lost Siva Key Fragments
• items went missing from my Titans Inventory
• estimated items lost around 7pm-10pm pst 11/21/2016
•29 Siva Key Fragments missing
• used 10 Siva Keyfragments to make a Cache Key in the WoTM Heroic raid Aksis Phase 2. Logged off. Returned online at 11pm pst, Siva cache Key remains but the 29 Siva Key Fragments are gone. Checked all characters and vault. Closed Destiny and relaunched. Issue persists.
