Please go to your download history and re-download the pre-order bonus content download (it's actually the unlock key you're downloading) to see if that fixes the issue.

Yep, when you initially got it, the pre-order bonuses were actually separate downloads, but when you put in the bundle for download, it downloaded the entire bundle, pre-order included. Now that you're on a new system and that bundle is no longer available, I'm assuming you just downloaded the main thing, and the main thing doesn't include those, so I'm glad that fixed your issue!
