Can you still get the Stolen Will shotgun and from where?
I've read the Winter Strike on heroic can give it to you?

I got mine b4 they implemented skeleton keys mine dropped with full auto and last round or final round whatever that perk is called its a beast of a shotgun well worth being hunted down

All strike specific loot is only from the skeleton key chests now. I think this one is under the heroic playlist but is rare to come by in my experience. Select winters run from the map and set it to 320. That will take u into the taken version of the strike and will spawn the chest at the end which u need to open with a skeleton key. Fortunately, this is the only strike specific loot tied to this strike so it should drop 100% of the time. Probably along with either a class item or artifact.
