Salvage Custom Parts
Trying to finish this quest, it states: "Dismantle Rare or Legendary Sniper Rifles to salvage the parts Banshee-44 needs."
I have dismantled two (2) Rare Sniper Rifles and it has not registered towards the completion of this quest.
