It is indeed, that's my mistake. That out of the way, the rest of my post remains factually correct. Iron Comp gear is not in the end of match loot pool, nor available from Dusty Engrams. With this version of the game on life support I wouldn't expect it to be added, unless they do so with the expected major update coming in the Spring.
