My Story. I purchased two Bungie foundation collectible pins (order BG5285506). One for myself and one for a good friend who is always willing help me out in the game, even when others turn their back. We went to redeem our codes for the "heart of the foundation" Emblems and they say sorry dude these are already redeemed. I have contacted customer support 5 times over the past few weeks and had no response aside from auto generated email saying thanks for contacting us. I paid good money for the emblems in addition to the pins. I have to assume there may be dishonest Guardians using codes that aren't theirs. I do understand this a a non profit store but, that doesn't change the fact that I'm out my hard earned cash for two overpriced pins and a not as advertised emblem. I wish I could call someone but there is not a number anywhere for customer support. I can understand why as people would be calling the number to ask when Xur is going to sell the Mida Multi Tool again and various other silly questions. I assume Bungie will eventually put this right but I feel very neglected as a rabid fan and supporter of all things Destiny. I work in customer service and nowhere in the world is multiple weeks an acceptable level of care to a person whos business you value. Thanks

Did finally get working codes btw... In addition, the girl was really really nice. Im thinking she must have been sick or out of town for a couple weeks. Hang in there should this happen to you. :)

1 ReplyHi, Unfortunately the Bungie store has no connection to the Bungie.net forums. If you have already contacted the store customer service, you will just need to wait for a reply.

Sadly you're not the only one to have this happen. Bungie's store is as badly run as the game. I gave up buying from them at this point. I agree with the others who say to email them and see if they can give you the codes that work.

2 RepliesIf you purchased directly from the Bungie Store, those pins had an issue and you should have received an email with correct and working codes. If you cannot find the email, you'll need to use the contact form on the bungiestore website, make sure you have your order number handy so you can put it in.

17 RepliesEdited by john_poops: 11/15/2016 8:35:27 PMe. This only applies if you ordered your pin with the "second batch" during early September. When the Pins were re-released in September, Bungie inadvertently mailed out codes that were invalid/expired. To compensate for this, a follow-up email was sent out to those people that ordered the pins. The email heading was "Bungie Store Corrected Emblem Code for Order (number)" and arrived around 48 hours after the confirmation order email. Please check the email used during check out for this email. The body of the email is contained below for you:
Thanks again for purchasing from Bungie Store! You are receiving this message because you bought Bungie Foundation Collectible Pin from the Bungie Store, which includes a code to earn an in-game Emblem in Destiny. It looks as if the code that you’ll find printed on the product is invalid. Not to worry, though. Below, you’ll find a code that should work. DOWNLOAD CODE FOR DESTINY IN-GAME ITEM: REDACTED Click here to redeem your code on Bungie.net or visit http://www.bungie.net/redeem Please pardon the inconvenience. We hope this makes things right. If you still experience an issue, be sure to reach out us at orders@bungiestore.com. Please include your order number (REDACTED) with your inquiry. Thanks again for doing business with the Bungie Store, and for supporting the Bungie Foundation. Love, Bungie Store
