I just wanted to thank bungie for adding yet another useless exotic to the mix! ..... I looked forward to this since the taken king when I heard it was to make blink have reduced cool down time and further distance (basically year 1 blink) and then it finally dropped the main perk was changed to an absolutely useless recovery perk...? I have not once seen anyone use this, along with the skull of dire ahamkara & alchemists raiment. Etc. etc. Why put time into designing armor and calling it exotic when its never going to be used?
