Infinite ammo, bottomless clip, semi-automatic, maximum fire rate. Literally an air horn (the thing that makes those ever-so-popular MLG noises). Every time it's used, it affects everyone in the AoE (enemies and allies) except the user. Causes no damage whatsoever, but causes everyone's screen to shake and gives everyone the "Annoyed" debuff, that basically does nothing but lasts 5 seconds. Every time someone dies with this debuff active, the person who gave them the debuff gets an "As Annoying As Possible" medal. Also, every time someone uses the weapon, their exact position is shown on the radar to allies and enemies alike for 5 seconds. It also cancels out any invisibility that the user might have.
