COSMO!! Make all exotics useable
Deej recently said that Cosmo had to do what's basically a book report every week from what he sees in the feedback section of this app.
So, Cosmo, please pass along a plea from me to make relevant all the exotics this game has. For some reason, Ice Breaker and Pocket Infinty have been given a forced retirement from Bungie since the start of year 2. Same with the Vex and Nechro.
While I understand why Bungie doesn't want the elemental primary exotics in the game(even though I disagree), it just doesn't make sense to keep the special ones relegated to permanently being buried in our vaults.
Please Cos, let's ask the powers that be to release the exotic special weapons from the low light level patrol heros they are now.

4 RepliesIcebreaker breaks the crucible, infinite ammo? Check. High Impact? Check. Quickdraw/Snapshot? Check. Firefly that procs on body shots? Double check.. Imagine trials with ice breaker, there'd be so many more sniping campers than there already are...

21 RepliesI really just want to be able to use Ace of Spades on all my characters. At this point I refuse to use any of the class specifics in the Crucible. The feel of weapons is a big deal when getting into the minutiae of PvP and spending my time getting really good with a weapon that I can only use on one character is a waste and these awesome weapons just get forgotten. Please remove the class requirements on the class specific weapons! ps. I get that the Tlaloc would probably need a 2nd look if opened up to the other classes.

Yeah this has been asked for about 10000 times. I'm fine with it besides Icebreaker. That needs to stay, even though it was my favorite Y1 gun.

1 ReplyNot only that, but exotics don't seem very exotic like That new ones may be exotic for a moment, but short lived as a new legendary comes out to play and becomes a beast vs exotics

I agree. I miss Ice Breaker and always wanted Mythoclast. All exotics should be up to date, point blank period.

16 RepliesThe problem with bringing the Necrochasm and Vex up to current light is that they would be only obtainable through older content, unless they added all old weapons into the engram loot pool people would say that it was "Gated behind old and irrelevant content". But on the flip side if those weapons were put into the loot pool a great amount of people would make the skies burn with salt and fire because they "earned" the weapons in year 1. Essentially, it's not as cut and dry for some exotics but I'd love to see them come forward.

3 RepliesI agree the year two exotics need their perks back, but I don't know about the year one exotics being moved forward. They really aren't worth the grind now though either. I've played against the vex myth...... and I wasn't prepared for it. So I got wrecked. If they moved them forward then it wouldn't be fair to the players that never got one. It also isn't fair that players grinded for them or got extremely lucky either. It's a raw deal all around. Besides bringing back elementary primaries vault space would have to be like 4 times more. If they moved year one content forward. Players would be going back and grinding these weapons out. Which could be fun. Myself I'm ready to see the new stuff and working on fixing this games downfalls. Which there are a few, but I've also had a really good experience too. I say let's keep moving forward and hope they have some of these issues lined out. That way Destiny 2 can be great.
