Dunemarchers not working as intended?
I believe the perk, Speed Demon, might not be working properly. It states that a Titan wearing them can move quicker while aiming, but It appears that my Titan is moving at the speed when aiming either while wearing them or not

If you test them, they work. It gives the same additional movement speed while ADS as the radiant dance machines give the hunter. It's not a ton, but it's noticeable if you match it up side by side with normal boots.

Definitely haven't noticed that at all. I have 3 pairs for each setup I have. The move quicker while aiming isn't as pronounced as with the radiant dance machines.
