I bought 3 legendary gauntlet engrams from him, and all 3 decrypted into artifacts at 385 light (I was in my 389 hunter and 388 titan when I bought them). I didn't even receive an Engram, it just automatically decrypted as soon as I selected it, into an artifact at 385. Anyone else notice this??! I don't think my rng is that bad lol. Anyone else see this?!
