No rank up package for IB
Just hit rank 3 in IB. Went to Efrideet for the rank up package, and nothing. Also turned in this week's Shaxx weekly bounty, and received 1 blue engram and a mote of light. What is going on?

You only get packages from the bounties. You don't get "rank up" packages anymore.
