Not receiving iron banner package at rank 5?
I've hit rank 3 and 5 and have not received one package. I've restarted my game its done nothing.

Yeah they removed the rank 3 and 5 packages to make it more rewarding...

That stopped when ROI was released. You get loot rewards from the bounties now. Double the rewards. It was 2 packages and now 4.
