Thank you for looking into this issue. I have done the raid multiple times on different characters with no SIVA Key Fragments. Are you able to check to see how many bosses we have killed so we could still be awarded the missing fragments?

Yup just did the raid again on my hunter for the second time this week so theoretically I should get 2 siva keys now on each boss kill. But yet I did not get a single key. Thanks!

Will you also mention how upset we are that they have punished sherpas like myself plz. It was entirely uncalled for

Bungie's administration should oversee this issue at the point of post. As an end game player, this is the only activity I find to be a worthwhile 'grind' because of the new and high leveled items. This is a small problem that can and should be a less than day fix. Grinding through a heroic raid just to find out I received a normal mode class item and nothing else was super shitty.

Thank you for your reply. looking forward to an update. Additionally, I'm somewhat disapointed by the changes announced in the hotfix (decreasing fragments for each completion). Fragments should function as an incentive to repeat the raids many times to help people who have not yet completed it that week. Perhaps you could reward the full 3 fragments per boss that week if there is at least one person who has not yet completed the raid in the group (reward sherpas).
