I have done that but I only have a year three class item. Last time I tried (last week) it still didn't register. I've been told that you need to use a year 2 class item or the one you get from the Chroma packages.

Yeah...I was just hoping they'd fix the issue with this patch. Shouldn't be too hard difficult but again...this is Bungie we're talking about.
