"The one about Engrams"
Which part of that is about engrams, exactly?
While we're on the subject, it sure would be nice if we could auto-shard engrams on pickup. Also, if we could stop blues from going to the post master. I've seen a bunch of people ask for those things, but I'm not seeing it on the Community Wish List anywhere. Just saying.

The fact that Legendary Engrams now have a chance to decrypt to Rise of Iron Vanguard and Crucible items is pretty big, I think.

Oh, yeah. I wasn't sure what that was about, because I've gotten several RoI Vanguard and Crucible legendaries from purple engrams. I guess, whatever that issue was, it never affected me. Still, that one minor bug fix hardly seems worthy of being the namesake for the entire hotfix. Also, I wanted the chance to make the point about the lesser drops being in the way again.
