I know that I'm not alone in saying that during PvP matches lagging players have a distinct advantage and they abuse this advantage as a cheat. I no longer blame the player for this. I BLAME BUNGIE. They do not police their game or drop the ban hammer with any consistency that would produce results that would keep the majority of honest players interested in PvP. The PvP world is absolutely saturated with players who are taking advantage of lag with great ease and it's ruining the game for everyone else who plays fairly. So Bungie , I ask this of you. Configure PvP so that if a player goes into a state of high latency and red bars at all they go to a reinitialize screen (contacting destiny servers) to check if their lag improves and then if it does improve to a better connectivity they are reinstalled in their current match. If their connection does not improve then they are removed from the match without question. Now please note I did say that the issue is related to high latency or ping rate and not just red bar because I know that someone can red bar and not necessarily lag. This issue is with lag players that take reduced or diminished damage and yet deliver full damage to opponents and the lag these players create is a tool of advantage giving them, and in many circumstances their entire fireteam, distinct advantage over everyone. The cheating is rampant, egregious, and obvious and something must be done. Currently it is a savage and pull your own hair out experience that ruins the game and makes me find Bungie deplorable. The cheating does not end at the lag because there is aim botting and hacked weapons as well. At least the lag portion of what's wrong can be addressed more expediently with [u]either the kick of lag players or instituting sole dedicated servers for our connectivity to destiny[/u]. I am pleading with you Bungie, please fix this. P.S. Fixing this issue soon will be a hinge in my decision to purchase Destiny 2 or not.
