Except it can have the perfect roll with Counterbalance/Braced Frame/High Caliber Rounds. No other pulse can get this roll currently

i have a waltz with perfect balance counterbalance and hc rounds and there is little to no difference between that roll and the perfect roll youre claiming

Clever Dragon can get that roll except hand laid/ braced frame instead of perfect balance. Plus it has better base stats than the waltz.
