The siva keys dont dissappear. They will in fact go the the post master. Even though the said inventory was not full.

I myself and others have had issues with these not going to the post office but then again forgot you have access to everyone's profile apparently

Edited by Selario: 11/4/2016 5:02:32 AMOnce you've created one SIVA Cache Key without any available space, it along with every other key you create will get sent to the Postmaster. The issue hasn't been acknowledged, but you aren't alone. I have this issue in my titan as of last night.
