Hoping for an update today..but I'm expecting to be let down, as usual. Currently looking for another game that my husband and I will both love and be able to play together. It's really too bad Destiny has been so disappointing in this department, only since the July update.

Agree with Greenscreener, Warframe is a top game for co-op. It's not super friendly at first (imagine starting destiny from scratch and trying to understand what on earth etheric light is supposed to be and you'll get an idea) but stick with it, devs are great and add new content continually. It's basically space ninjas, fast fluid gameplay and it gets delightfully manic in co-op. Highly recommend it.

Try Warframe, you can at least try it for free and form teams to coop through missions...
