As for armour i would take obsidian mind the new snake arms the chest with acion bolt bonus and for legs transversive

Still need that Vex, but I already know this is the correct answer. (might trade the plan c for telesto on occasion)

Depends if pve or pvp Telesto is good but to use it in pvp you have to have a way out (time to kill is very high becouse of the timer on explosions) Plan c is a "holy shit" Button if something goes wrong and even normaly is a good overall fusion

Good point. The number of post-mortem kills I end up with is probably too high. I just haven't locked down the slower charge time fusions well enough.
