Should all primary weapons have elemental burns

Yes. I think every weapon should roll with a random element. Its the most simple solution to bungies problem, and we all know bungie likes to take the easy way.

I feel a good option would be offer special ammo synthesis from gunsmith that loads your weapon with elemental rounds. As long as your weapon has ammo any ammo you pick up will be elemental and make it instance based. So once you complete a nightfall or whatever the guns ammo with switch back to normal kinetic

How about make a way to get items that can apply a permanent element to a weapon (primary, special, or heavy. And you can replace a element item with a different type) and make it so it's not like a super hard thing to get. Make it so casuals can get it too. Make it RNG so that not only the highest light people can get it.
