Sir, I have also filled out a form twice now and received no reply and no silver. I made 2 purchases. One on Sunday (Purchase 1: October 30, 2016 @ 255 for 2000 + 300 = 2300) and again on Monday (Purchase 2: October 31, 2016 @ 1425 for 2000 + 300 = 2300) for a grand total of 4600 silver. Both of which did not appear in my inventory. I have contacted Microsoft to now avail. Microsoft informed me to contact Bungie as this is a common issue. Both transactions appear in my Microsoft account but I received no silver whatsoever. I hope you are able to see both silver purchases and it will be evident that I have not made any purchases requiring silver from Eververse. I have followed all of the steps provided in the troubleshoot page. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Look at the forum front page right now...... 25 threads, 22 of them are about missing silver.... contact MS, they WILL refund you. They know that Bungie has no customer help whatsoever and they will gladly reverse the charges from Bungie back to you. I also advise opening a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Bungie. Maybe with a slew of complaints directly hitting their doors from the BBB, they might put a fire under the asses of the "investigation" team EDIT: Matter of fact, in the time I was reading and replying to this thread, I had Microsoft on a Live help chat in the back ground. They reversed the charge in that 5 minute timeframe FYI
