6 RepliesEdited by Kell of Kellogs: 11/18/2016 10:15:24 PMIn Destiny there are Account Restrictions and Bans - these are two separate entities. Account Restrictions are temporary, while Bans are permanent. Bungie does not dispute or overturn either of them. Please refer to Bungie's DESTINY ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS AND BANNING POLICIES for all information regarding restrictions, bans and console bans. Please note that action will not be taken against an account based off reports alone. Its so nice for a cheater to finally get the ban hammer. Only sad part... it's not forever. One down, thousands to go. Start swinging bungo

1 ReplyYou got caught ddosing people on trials and now you cry about the consequences. Sucks to be you douche bag.

Edited by jnikoley: 11/2/2016 5:55:08 PMOn your warlock, on October 30th, seven out of eight consecutive matches you played in Trials of Osiris were won versus teams where one or more of their members were disconnected. When you see a series of the other teams being disconnected like that, it is a strong indication that someone on your fire team is using a DOS attack to purposefully kick your opponents off-line. This would be the likely cause of your restriction. DOS attacks are obviously cheating, but also illegal. If you had knowledge that a DOS attack would be used, and only received a temporary restriction, you should consider yourself lucky. This should have resulted in a permanent ban from accessing destiny. Regardless of the punishment that bungie has seen fit to issue, this does not mean that you may not still be under the scrutiny of law-enforcement.

On your warlock, You lost 7 games of trials in a row and after that u won like 10 games. All won games were 3v1 or 3v2. You should be banned not restricted
-
You're so much of a trashcan you had to DoS people in Trials. If anything your information should be forwarded to Sony so you get console banned or worse.

7 RepliesIt is my understanding that there is no dispute process. Bungie is like a Stalinist dictator, once you are accused you are summarily executed. Whether you are guilty or not.... Now, don't get me wrong. I think cheaters should be banned and their consoles' bricked. But, here in the "free world" trials are public to ensure that they are fair before any punishment is enacted. This is one of the reasons I am so pist at Bungie. It uses "Ninja" edits to hide the video evidence of someone's guilt and at the same time it provides no evidence when it bans someone. Comrade Stalin would be proud. Why not just let us post videos of the "real" offenders and you shows us the evidence why someone should be banned, and let the "Community" see that things are being handle justly.... Because, as it stands now, Destiny has become Bungie's version of "The Gulag Archipelago".

You appear to have some questionable trials matches. Here's your chance to publicly explain, might was well!
-
You should be banned
-
You or a teammate were kicking people from ToO. Honestly these should be permanent bans, but lucky for you it's only a restriction. Only thing to do is wait it out.
-
Dude you just bad at the game, and you wanted to go flawless but you played with booters😂😂 gg m8
-
You cheated or played with cheaters...enjoy your break from cheating.
-
next time dont cheat. your still a cheater even if you didnt do the cheating on your end but your own fireteam did.
-
Either you are trolling us or you've been living under a rock since Destiny came out. If they can prove you cheated, you get restricted. Personally, they should ban your account and console. It's people who cheat that make the game suck just so they can feel good about themselves. Pathetic.

1 ReplyOnly 2 reasons Your a cheat Or Your a cheater
-
Hope you have fun with iron banner that's coming up oh wait never mind enjoy your ban

2 RepliesAnd what I find amazing is the steps these people go through: 1) OMG OUTRAGE I HAS BEEN BANNED! NOT POSSIBLE!! 2) PEOPLE CALL THEM OUT WITH CLEAR PROOF 3) <Dennis Haysbert AllState Voice>SILENCE</Dennis Haysbert AllState Voice>

Edited by Milk: 11/2/2016 3:46:24 PMYou were more than likely reported for one reason or another. Your game history indicates that people in game where kicked when they played against you. Assuming that you where booting people (If you weren't then please tell me what happened) my only question is why. Why cheat guardian? There are plenty of guardians who will help you if you need it.

Looool. Get rekt, cheater
-
I suppose you were just really unlucky that in trials an opposing player kept leaving the match??? The only question is why a 1 week ban rather than a permanent ban???
-
1 Replyhopefully forever, along with the other 2 cheating dogs you were playing with. every game on that card you went flawless on someone got booted except for the one game you lost. I have no sympathy.
-
1 ReplyIt can be that one of your teammates were doing ddos, or even you or one of your teammates having bad connection can make you get kicked or the other team. If it was consecutively, and you did know, that means you took advantage of it, and thats cheating, there can be a lot of reasons. I got restricted from crucible for 1 week too, I supposed that it was because I played with a friend with bad connection, sometimes he got booted and sometimes the other team got booted, it was random, if he was cheating we would be going flawless like crazy, but that isn't the case, I have never cheated, I have been playing since year 1 and this is the first time I get restricted in destiny, I know I am not a cheater, so I have nothing to worry about. I hope bungie fixes this issue and bans the real cheaters. Next time it would be best not to play with people with bad connections or if you see that the booting is constant.

1 ReplyYou didn't find it odd that a majority of your trials games on Sunday night just happened to have 1 or 2 opponents go missing? You or one of your teammates was very blatantly kicking opponents.
-
Why you act surprised? Look at your game history and tell me that you Orr your teammates did not cheat.

1 ReplyEdited by TmF1979: 11/2/2016 3:17:21 AM
I dont understand why i have a restriction from crucible
Yes, you do. It's because you cheated while playing Trials this weekend. Your Warlock's history contains several victories versus teams of 1 or 2 opponents. We can almost pinpoint the exact moment you got tired of losing and decided to become a cheater.
