How to beat challenge mode (Solved)
ITS SOLVED.
Use all the bombs to activate all the clean rooms. Kill him like normal. Easy
More detail. So during the DPS phase bombs drop. Use these bombs to activate two clean rooms. His health should almost be half down. On the second phase don't kill him and use the bombs to activate the other two rooms. You have now activated all four rooms. You can just kill him like normal and boom you've beat it.

[spoiler]you're going to get a emblem for HM only. An ornament for HM as well. Past that, you have a chance at both siege engine and Vosik drops. They ARE NOT for sure 400 drops, they are still based on your light level and people seem pretty mad about this. [/spoiler]

Note* it appears you have to kill him in 3 damage phases. So do it like I said above and use two rooms a phase. Hopefully this helps[/i]
Huge tip!!! I had a lot of issues with bombs missing safe rooms to activate them. Simple tip.

No grinding that much! .... don't care that much ornaments! since I've seen 400 lvl stuff that still have infusion link.. I'm curious... but they better have VoG and new light level cap "SOON" or this will be very boring. Most fun thing at this moment for me has been Supremacy IB and waiting to have Clever Dragon. Distant Star is also Fun.

7 RepliesThey should do a challenge mode for the Siege Engine, where you can't destroy the mines and the walker can't be killed, only downed, and you have to beat it in under 5 minutes.

3 RepliesJust ran through it on normal mode and don't really know what happened. None of us had done the challenge yet, all of us had already beaten normal once today. After a few attempts we got everything organized into an easy routine and beat Vosik following the challenge requirements. All of us got just a single 385 drop from a chest that briefly appeared. No ornaments, no emblems, nothing else. Clearly we triggered something or we wouldn't have all gotten that additional drop. Confused and disappointed sighs all around.

Very simple. Two people need to grab bombs phase one and two and activate seperate rooms. You need to kill him on phase 3.

Good strategy: If you don't know already the challenge is activating all the clean rooms with the charges, now to do this with "ease" have one teammate grab a charge (the two that drop during damage phase you will need these) and call out a room while the other 4 follow him, the last guy will simply pick up the other charge and go to the other lit up room then throw your charge at the button, then do it a second time, then kill him and challenge mode is complete.

13 RepliesWhy does this have to be activated with a bomb? Why aren't you just telling one player each time to go into another room and activating it per normal? This doesn't add up. Bombs should not have to be used just to create a barrier activation. It's not their purpose and it's NEVER been their purpose.

3 RepliesSo the people on right side take one bomb, people on left take other bomb, disperse to own sides, then mid people go wherever? Kill him third round so no massive damage numbers to kill him in two phases I'm assuming.
