Exotic Engrams
Exotic Engrams i thought they was going to decrypt at a light lvl above what you had on? As of last week i have not had one go above 393 anyone notice or have any idea if it is broke also.

I'm having a similar issue. I have decrypted 4 exotics this week and they have been equal to my light level not higher. I was very disappointed. I have more in my inventory but I'm afraid to decrypt them. I sent a Tweet to @BungieHelp but I haven't received a response back yet.

2 RepliesI'm at 392 and I just got some exotic boots at 391! I've noticed as I got near 390 they've been underwhelming but today for the first time it decided [i]below[/i] my level. Wtf?
