I've spent $20 on silver and I've played 1100+ hours. For the amount of fun I've had playing this game I'll consider that 20 a tip. I've tipped $20 at a restaurant many times to be there for an hour or two. I'm not saying I necessarily agree with the micro transactions I think they can be less pricey for a chance at something, but I don't feel all that bad considering how much time I've played.

Or even comparing it to food. My parents say that it's a waste to buy digital items so I say If you go out to a restaurant and spend around 40$(I paid half that for silver btw) and eat it, it's gone. There's no resell value unless you find someone who happens to buy crap, literally. But the point is that you enjoyed it. Some people will say "but food is essential for life" and to that I say, you could have made your own meal but paid someone else to do it
