Should you be over 370? Two of my goons are 366 wondering if thats too low to try it. Thoughts?

1 Reply370 is the Recommended Light Level per the director. 365 is definitely doable. Honestly, execution is the key. Play defensively, and do what you should be doing when you should be doing it.

4 Replies360/365 should be a good starting point. My clanmates dragged another at 349 through it, so anything's possible.
-
1 Replystrikes drop to 385. there's no point in struggling through the raid with a low level team when you can be over level and get onto another over level team
-
For normal I ask for 365+.

3 RepliesLevel up as quickly as possible. The higher your light level, the better your chance of getting invited by a group that will succeed. With your current 368 you are more likely to be invited by a 350-370 group that has tried several times and never completed the raid. Often they give up at the Siege Engine. Also, have reasonable expectations. Don't expect to complete the raid on your first try regardless that others tell you they did it at 350 in 30 minutes on their initial attempt. You will have to run the raid several times anyway to complete the Record Book.

I did it at 365 my first time, obviously the higher the light the better but any higher then 365 is not needed if you have a good team, honestly in my experience light level doesn't matter as much as you can be 400 light and still not be able to finish because your team doesn't work together, my best advice is be at least 365 so you don't get melted and then watch a youtube video tutorial before hand so that you understand the mechanics and can visually see them in play as it can be difficult to understand when someone is briefly describing it to you in the moment, lastly avoid playing with children, some of them are capable but for the most part they are the ones that don't follow direction and have trouble grasping the mechanics which is understandable since their brain is still developing but non the less it makes things far more difficult, hope that helps

Completed it at around 365 just fine. I'd say 360- should wait, but your team should be fine.
-
Did it with a team ranging from 355 to 370! My normal raid group! No probs if everyone knows what they're doing! Obviously gets easier the higher you are!
-
17 Replies385, Strikes drop up to 385 gear, if you can't be bothered to get there then I don't want you on my team
-
Thats complete bs, completed mine at 360 and hm at 380. Wotm is super easy, people who are asking for 395+ light lvl on hard mode are unskilled pussyes who want to get carryed
-
At this point if you're mid 350s and in a group with people who have done it before you'll be fine.
-
1 ReplyI'm at 382 and still haven't done the new raid, come to think of it I still haven't done kings fall either......
-
8 Replies350 for a carry, 360 for a difficult time, 370 for a comfortable raid, 380 for an easy run.
-
-
350 if being carried, I'd say around 365+ to do it comfortablely
-
360 or 355 My team did it when we were 355 it was hard af
-
Just be over 370, it's easy if you play heroics.
-
Its all about communication. 360+ is fine. First time beating it we had no one over 367 and 4 of our guys were under 365. Having good awareness and communication is all you really need for this raid.
-
365+. But you will want some people at 375+ for dps
-
355 is alright up until Aksis part 2, then I usually ask for 360+.
-
I completed my run at 367

If you know what to do, then ~355+ is fine until aksis

Lvl 31/32 with a max icebreaker and max ghally only.
-
365 is a good place to start. If you can reach 371, the shanks in Aksis phase 2 won't be red anymore.
