Recommended light level for first time normal wrath raid?
Should you be over 370? Two of my goons are 366 wondering if thats too low to try it. Thoughts?

3 Replies360 for the first boss, 370 for the rest, 375 for the final boss.

I first did it at 373. Maybe spend a bit more time doing heroic strikes.

Beat it first weekend and someone on the team was 360 but we were all over 370 besides him

365 is plenty enough for the entire raid

I beat it with a load of 360-363's

365 is fine if you have higher lights in with you but if not you have to be skilled.

I'd say 360+ is sufficient to step in WOTM normal.

365 should be fine for normal. By the time you reach Aksis you should be 370 which is plenty high enough.

Have to be 400 light and no land beyond is recommended

My group helped 2 newbies through and they were both in the 350's. It was completely doable and they did fairly well. It just depends on the group you find and how patient you are in learning the mechanics. If you are on PS feel free to add me and my group can help you out. My PSN is Imperial-Pear.

If you're teammates are high 360s to 370, then you can more or less get away with being 360. However, the raid becomes much easier and less frustrating if everyone is at least over 365-370. I'd say that is a good starting point for normal mode that is easily achievable with the current loot system. Hell, there's no reason you couldn't get to 380 before doing the raid

If you actually select the activity, it will tell you. Also, it does this for ANY activity you select. It saves you having to ask this question.

It mostly depends on skill level for this one. I did my first wrath raid at 356, didn't do a lot of damage but knew how to manipulate damage in my favor. It mostly depends on your confidence in your raid team and your confidence how well your too goons perform in similar activities.

1 Reply370 is the Recommended Light Level per the director. 365 is definitely doable. Honestly, execution is the key. Play defensively, and do what you should be doing when you should be doing it.
