So, I'm surprised it came to this but I don't even have enough glimmer for one upgrade tier now. For the longest time I had max glimmer, but then I started infusing like crazy after RoI dropped and I have essentially zero. I don't have much time to play now, so what is the fastest way you know of to farm glimmer? Is there a vendor you can trade materials for glimmer?
