I never got kvoshkt from the exotic quest, I had room in my inventory and postmaster, but never received it upon completing the quest. I even have the book achievement for getting all 4 rise of iron exotics. Please help!

Same problem. Weirdest thing is I randomly made my way back to the ketch. Chest in the corner totally yielded a second Khvostov schematic AFTER completing the quest line. Took it back to Shiro, hoping maybe it would prompt some kind of action. No dice. Da fun, bungie!
