Can't access hard mode WOTM
Probably a dumb question but just wondering why there's no option for me to click hard mode? I assume it's because I never did normal, since I just grinded strikes to 390.. but to me that's ridiculous I'd have to go back and complete it on normal first before I unlock hard mode

Hello, To be clear, you can indeed participate in Heroic mode in the Wrath of the Machine raid and earn Heroic mode loot. However, you will be unable to start the raid on Heroic mode from orbit as Fireteam Leader until you complete the raid on Normal difficulty. The same is true for those who are unable to start the raid on Normal difficulty. The Rise of Iron story missions must be completed before you are able to start the raid as Fireteam Leader. However, you can complete the raid without ever actually unlocking it by allowing a member of your Fireteam start the raid from Orbit who has completed the necessary criteria for unlocking the activity. This is a feature on all Raids. However, you can still play the Hard Difficulty Raid if you simply let another Player start the Raid on Hard first.
