Missing Silver - Xbox Live UK

Purchased some Silver on my account here in the UK and I've not received it. I spoke to Xbox Live support who tried a few things but couldn't help so they pointed me towards Bungie for further help. Has anybody had any success in reclaiming lost Silver?
