PlayStation Sony Entertainment/ Eververse/ No Silver added to account/Maintenance no silver added

The following message is to report I made a purchase through Eververse made for silver. I received a email confirmation from PlayStation Sony Entertainment at approximately 9:00 am central time for my purchase. At the time of purchase when silver was to be added to my account I viewed a message alert that there was maintenance during my purchase and I did not have silver added to my account. -Aleetheeuh

    I'm having the same issue. i bought some silver for 5 bucks, and it took it out of my account and sent me the email verification but no silver. help please.
