Levelling issues
I don't have twitter but I guess I may have to make an account to get this fixed but I have opened 10 weapon exotics and they are all dropping at 391 and no higher and I am 391 light and when I infuse them they infuse to 392. I am certain there is a bug on my account that is stopping me from getting higher light weapons and it is pissing me off. Is there anyone in here that can help??

I don't think it's you or your account. Just had it happen to me, but it didn't infuse to 392, just stayed at 391 and I'm 391 also. Kind of sucks, now that faction and vanguard upgrades are no higher than 390.

More than likely there is a bug with exotic engrams so just hold off for a while try the raid for armor and crucible for weapons the artifact and ghost can be from archons forge or hoard chests
