what ways to get LL400 chest armor?
besides raids and exotic engrams ?
plz advice

Used a 3ofCoin at nightfall last night and got rewarded with 2 x chest exotic engrams

What you listed is literally the best ways. I got my chest engram from a 3oC.

Giggles. Yeah - chests were the hardest for me too. I think I got 3 outta 4 highest light chests because a legendary or blue decrypted as an exotic. I only got 1 chest through 3oC.

Same place. And if you do get an exotic chest and you're 399 in only drops at 399. Ran 3 nightfalls and two raids and still no chests. Ran 3 ToO and no chests. Good news is iron banner will come again some day and you can max light then. And honestly 399 vs 400 means nothing. Destiny broke me from chasing light during the forever 319 days
