Ok so let me get this straight, no other subclass has soloed aksis besides sunsinger...and the only way that was done, was with self-Rez....but it's not a crutch?
Speak again when a warlock manages it WITHOUT self-rez.....

It's not a crutch. Just because it allows Warlocks to solo Aksis does not mean that they're crutches. Aksis, much like VOG, are exceptions, not the rule. By your inane logic, every subclass is a crutch because they can solo Crota. Do you see how stupid that sounds?

And for some reason, I can't seem to self-res after I die from Vosik's wipe if I can't reach the door in time. The term 'cheese' is a stupid word used by stupid people who cannot comprehend what exploits are and what they are meant to do. Literally every game ever made, by definition, has an exploit.

The term "cheese" is an actual common gaming term used in most MMO's to describe a very cheap and dishonorable way of completing difficult content, using exploits that aren't supposed to be possible, but other game mechanics allow a loop hole for these exploits to be abused. In fact, the term "cheese" only exists because people were aware of these exploits that made end game content easier than it should. So "cheese" is not a stupid word, it is a gaming term and has been around longer than you have know video games existed. Second I'm done with your stupidity, go fap to a Hilary Clinton headline .

Siva density is the only thing you can't self Rez from... That doesn't change the FACT that it allows you to bypass little nitpicky mechanics you shouldn't be allowed to bypass at all... Meaning you cheated, and cheating in PvE is known very commonly as cheesing. I know what I'm talking about sir, please know what you're talking about before calling anyone out of their name. The entire argument here was the relevance of sunsingers in the raid, and the only thing to defend them was they could solo oryx and aksis. Sunsingers have one solid use. Self revive. They can bring themselves back from the dead, a and fix their mistake of dying. But skilled players don't die so we don't need to revive ourselves.

It's fair game, and it isn't a cheese; the point of self-res is to mulligan. Until Bungie decides to 'fix' the issue (because we all know it's not a issue, it only becomes one when people start bitching enough about how they're too lazy to make a Warlock and do it for themselves) If Warlocks were not able to self-res during Aksis, the entire point of Fireborn would be moot. Meaning, you essentially want Fireborn to not work ever, because at times where self-res is the most ideal and logical option, it's considered a cheese by butthurt nerds like you. You're trying to argue the relevance of Sunsingers in the raid, and you want them to become absolutely irrelevant, taking away the one thing that makes them shine. You're not mad at Sunsingers, you're mad at the fact that you, as a Titan or a Hunter, are unable to solo the Raid. If skilled players don't need to worry about reviving because they don't die, then you should have no problem ignoring the 'skill-less' Warlocks utilizing Fireborn the way it's meant to be used. Maybe I should complain about Titan skating since I can't do it as a Warlock. That makes sense, right? Don't answer that.

Since every subclass can solo crota, it makes them not crutches because they aren't inherently required. You can do it with any. However, since sunsinger self-Rez is needed to solo aksis, it's a crutch. Please sort your own flawed logic out before attempting ( and failing ) to pick apart mine.

A crutch implies that the user needs to have it in order to do well. A warlock doesn't need Fireborn in order to do well. A warlock needs Fireborn to do it at all. It is not a matter of doing well soloing Aksis. It is a matter of doing it at all. It is impossible otherwise. A crutch would be something like using the Taikonaut on Crota when you have a Launcher with no tracking. Please learn what denotes a 'crutch' before you spew even more drivel.

It makes the challenge possible. I can't do any less... good, doing the challenge if I didn't have Fireborn. It makes me... not do it at all.
