I don't remember why the ice breaker was nerfed other than the fact that special didn't spawn very fast back then and it transferred ammo which was kinda bungies fault in a way but now the ammo spawns much faster and ammo still doesn't transfer so is there a reason for the ice breaker to be nerfed? Correct me if wrong my information is more he said/she said
