Well, I've already bought the game, the FPS mechanics are rock solid and I have friends playing it. I really enjoy certain aspects of it, obviously. My beef is with the corporate greed of Bungies, the lack of content and a few other things.
I'm really just frustrated because Destiny could so easily be a real beast of a game.

In lieu of raising that price, they HAVE to find other ways to make money. A business can only survive by selling things to customers in order to a) pay for it and b) make a profit. That is kind of the whole point of having a business and none of the other game companies you like are any different. The only difference is how much it costs them to make their games at all the various qualities they try to make them (efficiency), whether they have to go to a publisher to make it happen, and how many people they're able to convince to buy. Let's also remember that Bungie is new to this kind of game. Over time they will get more and more efficient and that means more, better content. As for microtransactions, those are already tried and true and if I were in their shoes, I wouldn't get rid of them any time soon either.
