Whats the best sniper you can get from vendors/ factions?

I know you said the best sniper from vendors/factions but I highly recommend you try to get Ex-Machina from vosik in WotM. It's amazing in PvE.

3 RepliesEdited by Priddy boy: 10/23/2016 5:19:36 PMA 1k or ldr with unflinching(or a stability perk)/extended mag/triple tap. Gives you 5 in the mag, plus 2 extra if you get both triple taps. So 7 shots and a non exotic. Edit: nvm I didn't read the post part where it said from a vendor lol
