390 and zero attempts at the new raid. I would like to do it but it seems tougher than TTK HM to find a team.

For the average (non-MLG0) Joe, it requires a fair amount of good communication and knoweledge of your teams ups and downs and their positions. Try looking for a Clan that focuses around a more relaxed non-PvP environment. It can help a lot. I don't Raid with randoms anymore, just the family (Clan).
