Exotic Engram decryption bugged for Light Level 392?
Hey guys,
i don't know if this is bad luck but now at light level 392 my exotic engrams decrypt below my light level at exactly 391.
It doesn't matter if armor or weapons, all of them decrypt at 391.
Before I reached 392 all of my exotic engrams decrypted at my light level or above so I thought it is not possible to decrypt below.
This is really really disappointing.
Can anyone confirm or contradict?

same here .. don't know if it's the bug, but this is very frustrated. The leveling process hasn't worked as well as expected

I have the same problem... I get all of them at 391
