I don't want to be [i]that guy,[/i] but taking off work and other responsibilities to play video games [b]all day[/b] isn't noble. It's an excuse to be lazy, like my jobless brother who just moved in with me who plays destiny all day.
This has nothing to do with your loss, so please don't get me wrong. I'm not a complete troll, just a half troll. My condolences for your loss, but 24 hour video gaming "for a cause" is just plain stupid.

He felt compelled to do something positive for a good cause. You felt compelled to say something negative just because. Compare the value of the two and you can see why people might respond negatively to your post. It required zero effort. His post seemed genuine and I didn't mind it. I guess you saw it differently.

Firstly Devo if your brothers a bum who games all day to the exclusion of all else and you support him your part of his problem. Second the OP has a pretty good job and has had a days holiday approved from work to do this. His company is even matching the first £500 he makes. Some people dont do sports or run they are gamers so when they have a good cause they do a charity stream no its not noble they probably enjoy it and all Raz has sacrificed is some sleep but the end result is £1300 for a good charity. Thats a pretty good thing to have done, so if your petty lifes so bad and you dont have anything good to say do everyone else a favour go chat to your bro he has plenty of time to listen.
