So I hear that all the party members need to be on the raid without getting kicked to be able to do monitors?, because if that's truth then Bungie is full or retards, never has there been a single raid that a player hasn't been kicked once, hell I stayed for 2 hours at Crota once waiting for players to return.

Only one person (with the best connection) should get all the monitors. As long as that person stays in, others can leave and come back. When I do follower raid runs I always make mention that I'll grab all the monitors.

The problem is that even when you have a green bar, game can kick you at any time, also they aren't reliable, how many times you see all 12 players in crucible green, yet game is lagging like crazy.

You missed my point I think. This game has always been a gamble. But you can take precautions to avoid some of the issues. My connection vs. my buddies who do raid runs with me historically has the most stable connection. So I was designated to get all monitors.

Then how do so many people have Outbreak Prime already? I managed to pick up the quest myself yesterday.

Lmao then you play with people with TERRIBLE connections. I have done countless raids where not one person was kicked for the entire raid. Of course I've had a few runs where one or more people were kicked from the raid, but the VAST majority of raids that I do consist of 6 players who go from start to finish with no connection issues whatsoever.
